Overview

ZURU develops toys and consumer brands for international markets. Its Auckland Commercial summer internship runs from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027. Interns support business development, commercial modelling and strategic planning, including market gap analysis, sales activity, presentations and persuasive customer communications. They work with commercial leaders across markets and business functions, beginning with a two-day induction and continuing through learning sessions with senior colleagues. The programme accepts students from varied degrees and backgrounds and emphasises initiative, persistence, collaboration and willingness to learn.
