Overview

Sodali & Co advises companies on shareholder engagement, governance, sustainability and strategic communications. Sydney interns rotate between the Shareholder Advisory and Strategic Communications practices, assisting with research, data analysis, client support and project coordination. Work includes preparing communications and presentations, contributing ideas in team meetings and helping with administrative activities. The advertised eight-week programme runs between November 2026 and February 2027, with a Christmas and New Year pause. Applicants should be studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, marketing, communications or a related discipline. The employer requires four days in the office and current authorisation to work in Australia.
