Overview
Kearney ANZ is excited to announce that applications are now open for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. If you're looking to explore a career in management consulting, this is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside industry-leading consultants, and make an impact on real client engagements. The Kearney Summer Internship gives you the opportunity to spend 10 weeks with the firm, experiencing what it's like to be a management consultant. Our internship is an immersive, hands-on experience where you'll work alongside some of the industry's best consultants on real projects for real clients. During your internship, you'll experience consulting in a uniquely collegial way. We work together to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients while ensuring every colleague—including our Summer Interns—has access to comprehensive training, development workshops, and ongoing support to help them learn and grow.
Requirements
- Our Summer Internship Program is open to penultimate and final-year undergraduate students from all disciplines.
- Working rights: Applicants must have full and permanent working rights in Australia to be considered.
