Overview

Amazon operates an online retail and fulfilment network. This Melbourne internship supports its Customer Excellence System team in improving business processes at fulfilment sites. Interns analyse feedback and operating data, map problems, test solutions and help implement improvements that may be extended across the network. They work with site managers, technology teams and frontline employees to address process issues and compliance gaps. The opportunity targets penultimate-year students in business, management, accounting, finance or related subjects who will graduate in 2027.
