Overview

Vulcan distributes and processes metals across Australia and New Zealand. Its Carole Park graduate programme begins in February 2027, with flexibility around study completion, and provides eighteen months of rotations. Graduates learn operations, distribution, manufacturing, internal sales, account management and continuous improvement. They receive coaching, mentoring, workshops and exposure to senior leaders while working on practical business challenges. The employer offers paid full-time employment and a permanent role after successful completion. Applicants should have a relevant business or operations degree completed in 2025 or 2026, or finish by early 2027, and meet citizenship, licence and pre-employment screening requirements.
