Overview
Value NSW is part of the NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure and provides land valuation services supporting the Valuer General and other public agencies. Its structured 24-month graduate programme includes up to six rotations across rating and taxing valuations, objections, acquisitions, specialist valuation, research and stakeholder engagement. Graduates receive mentoring and support towards Certified Practising Valuer accreditation. Preferred workplaces are Parramatta, Newcastle, Wollongong and Queanbeyan, with additional regional possibilities. Applicants need qualifications meeting Australian Property Institute associate-membership requirements, current student or provisional membership, a driver’s licence and willingness to travel. Applications are advertised as open until 6 October 2026 at 11.55pm.
