Overview

Reece distributes plumbing, bathroom and related trade products through a branch network. This QLD graduate vacancy starts in February 2027 and combines permanent employment with an eighteen-month development programme. Graduates learn branch operations, customer service, business development and retail leadership, including rotations through selected specialist businesses. Development includes a five-day induction, group learning, digital resources, coaching and mentoring, with preparation for assistant branch management after completion. The employer does not require industry experience, although retail or customer service experience is advantageous. Applicants need communication, relationship-building, prioritisation and problem-solving skills. The position is full-time and paid; exact branch rotations and the daily workplace arrangement are not specified. Upcoming is a display fallback for an unknown closing date, not a future opening.
