Overview

Prime Partners is a chartered accounting and advisory firm serving businesses, owners and families. Its North Sydney intake comprises three graduates starting in late February 2027. The two-year programme has four six-month stages covering accounting, tax compliance, client communication and progressively greater responsibility. Graduates prepare returns, BAS and financial statements, assist with business structures and ATO matters, and use accounting and workflow tools under review. A senior buddy, regular feedback and conditional CA study support are provided. Applicants must finish an accounting degree or accounting-major commerce degree by February 2027; accounting experience is welcome but unnecessary. Employment is permanent and full time, with the first year based in the North Sydney office five days weekly.
