Pilot Partners is an independent chartered accounting firm based in Brisbane. Its February 2027 graduate intake is for candidates who have completed, or are close to completing, an accounting degree. During recruitment, the firm works with applicants to identify a suitable business area. Graduates work with clients from the outset and have access to directors, managers and other senior colleagues. New starters receive a buddy, practical training, feedback and performance reviews, alongside technical and broader professional development. The firm supports Chartered Accountant qualifications through financial, learning and study assistance. Applicants must be eligible for CA study on graduation and hold unrestricted Australian working rights.
