Overview

National Australia Bank provides banking services to individuals and businesses, including customers in regional and rural Australia. This accelerated graduate programme begins in January 2027 and provides four months of rotations, structured learning, mentoring and practical exposure to regional and agribusiness banking. Graduates develop commercial banking skills, support customer relationships and learn alongside experienced bankers. The vacancy is permanent and full time, with placement into a permanent role during or following successful completion of the programme. Applicants need a completed degree by commencement, prior service-environment experience, customer service skills and willingness to relocate within the regional network. An Australian driver’s licence, or eligibility to obtain one before starting, is required.
