Overview

Metro Finance is an Australian non-bank lender specialising in vehicle and equipment finance. Its twelve-month operations graduate programme rotates participants through customer care, settlements and collections, with approximately four months in each team. Graduates support customers and brokers, prepare finance contracts, assist transaction funding, manage documentation and learn responsible lending and risk processes. Training, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders accompany practical work. The full-time contract is based in Sydney CBD with hybrid working; strong performers may receive a permanent role afterwards. Recent graduates and final-year students from relevant business, finance, law or communications disciplines can apply without prior industry experience.
