Overview
McGrathNicol is an independent restructuring and advisory firm. The Perth graduate opportunity supports clients facing financial and operational distress. Graduates assist restructuring, turnaround and insolvency engagements, working with teams that identify causes of distress and help boards, managers and financiers restore stability. The position is permanent and full-time, commencing in February 2027. Its first 12 months include a structured development programme with online and in-person learning and national graduate events. A buddy and counselling colleagues provide support, and the firm funds CA study, including necessary foundation modules. Applicants must be final-year students or recent graduates in relevant business or commerce disciplines and meet the stated citizenship or permanent-residency conditions.
