Macquarie Group is a financial services group with businesses in banking, asset management, markets and advisory. This Sydney graduate vacancy offers pathways in accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and markets, risk, retail banking and business analysis. Graduates begin with an orientation in Sydney and undertake a structured 12–24-month development programme with workplace training, access to senior leaders and internal and external learning opportunities. The advertised employment is permanent and full time. Applicants must be in their final year or have completed study in 2025; prior financial services experience is not required.
