Overview

DFK Everalls provides business accounting and tax services to businesses, families and individuals. Its mentored graduate programme combines work with senior accountants and managers, a designated mentor and buddy, and participation in the DFK Australia New Zealand People Development Plan. Graduates learn to prepare financial statements, individual and business tax returns, business activity statements and fringe benefits tax returns. They also attend client meetings, resolve information requests and develop skills in Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB. The advertised graduate role accepts zero to two years of experience and requires an accounting major. Training includes fortnightly internal sessions and ongoing study support; the development plan covers the first two career years.
