Overview

Deloitte provides audit, tax and consulting services in New Zealand. The Auckland Strategy team advises public and private organisations on commercial strategy, investment, sustainability and economics. Graduate consultants analyse qualitative and quantitative information, develop investment cases and strategic recommendations, prepare material for senior decision makers, and contribute to stakeholder interviews and workshops. The role is permanent and full-time, with a February 2027 start, week-long graduate induction, buddy and coach, and continuing professional development. Applicants need strong analytical and communication skills, an excellent academic record, and evidence of leadership or initiative. A CV, academic transcript and the legal right to live and work in New Zealand are required.
