Overview
Deloitte provides audit, tax and consulting services in New Zealand. This permanent graduate role in Auckland sits within Digital Assurance and supports the integrity of financial statements by examining technology controls. Graduates work with financial auditors to understand client processes and risks, plan audits, assess control design and effectiveness, and suggest improvements to governance and regulatory compliance. The graduate cohort starts in February 2027, with a week-long induction, buddy and coach, and support for professional qualifications. No previous experience is required; relevant part-time work or internships are beneficial. Applicants should be completing a relevant bachelor’s degree and must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand.
Requirements
- Degree type: Bachelor’s degree including Commerce/Business, Science or Law, majors including Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics
- Working rights: Legal right to live and work in New Zealand, international students must hold a three-year post-study work visa and provide evidence of entitlement.
- Eligibility: No experience required; currently completing a relevant bachelor’s degree. Part-time positions or internships in accounting/finance, business analytics, law and customer service are beneficial; technical skills preferred but can be learned. General graduate eligibility: completing studies or completed within the preceding24months.
