Overview
City of Gold Coast is the local government serving Queensland’s Gold Coast. This finance-focused placement develops SAP financial and management accounting skills. Graduates support system testing, financial-process analysis, configuration and improvement projects while working with finance teams and SAP specialists. Previous SAP experience is explicitly unnecessary, but a strong finance or accounting foundation is sought. The twelve-month Graduate Academy starts in February 2027 and combines work experience with coaching, mentoring, professional development and a graduate cohort. Applicants need a relevant bachelor or postgraduate qualification completed within the preceding two years, or before programme commencement, plus full Australian working rights. These fixed-term jobs involve 36 hours per week and a nine-day fortnight.
Requirements

- Working rights: Full Australian working rights for programme duration, application form permits Australian Work Permit (Visa)
- Eligibility: Graduate / final-year; bachelor or postgraduate qualification completed within last two years or before February 2027 commencement; available full-time.
