Overview
City of Gold Coast is the local government serving Queensland’s Gold Coast. This graduate supports communications, project coordination and stakeholder engagement for the City’s 2032 Games team. Work involves internal teams and external partners, including the Brisbane 2032 organising committee, Queensland Government, local businesses and community organisations. The employer seeks organisational skills and an interest in storytelling. The twelve-month Graduate Academy starts in February 2027 and combines work experience with coaching, mentoring, professional development and a graduate cohort. Applicants need a relevant bachelor or postgraduate qualification completed within the preceding two years, or before programme commencement, plus full Australian working rights.
