Overview
Capgemini provides consulting, technology and digital transformation services. Its March 2027 Australian graduate intake combines permanent employment with a year of foundation learning and client project experience. Relevant pathways include strategy and management consulting, organisational change and business analysis; the shared application also covers technical disciplines. Graduates work on client problems with support from the programme team and professional development resources. Diverse academic backgrounds are welcomed. Management consulting, strategy, and data and AI strategy roles require Australian citizenship. Other pathways may accept permanent residents or graduates already holding a subclass 485 visa; current student visas without confirmed working rights are excluded. Requirements
- Degree type: Broad academic backgrounds, including business, education, mathematics, law, science and software.
- Working rights: Management Consulting & Strategy and Data & AI Strategy require Australian citizenship. Other pathways accept citizens, permanent residents and already-granted subclass 485 visas, other visas assessed individually. Student visa alone is not accepted.
- Eligibility: Graduate recruitment; broad academic backgrounds. Relevant work rights must already be granted at application; strategy pathways require Australian citizenship.
