Alliance Group is a New Zealand red-meat processor supplying domestic and international markets. Its two-year fixed-term graduate programme starts with a year at Lorneville, Pukeuri or Dannevirke, where graduates learn processing operations alongside plant teams and experienced leaders. The second year moves into business improvement initiatives and strategic projects, with exposure to operational, commercial and corporate functions. Participants receive structured development, induction, mentoring and support from managers and HR. The programme is for people nearing degree completion or who graduated within the previous two years, with analytical, communication and collaboration skills. Applicants state their preferred site and relocation availability. A permanent role after completion is a possibility, not a guarantee.
